An afternoon of connecting, high-level networking, entertainment, and excellent food

Now the pinnacle of the Antrim business calendar, Antrim Chamber of Commerce hosted their second Christmas luncheon at the awarding winning The Rabbit Hotel and Retreat. The event brought together businesspeople from across the Antrim and Newtownabbey community for an afternoon of connecting, high-level networking, entertainment, and excellent food.

Guest speaker Robin Swann, MP joined the event from London and congratulated the Chamber on their achievements during the year. He encouraged the business community to be vocal and bring to his attention their issues citing the recent example of the incoming General Product Safety Regulations coming into force on 13th December.

At the luncheon, the chamber was delighted to announce their charity of the year, Women’s Aid Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey, and Chief Executive Gillian Creevy made an impassioned speech on the work and impact of the charity and how the chamber membership can support and assist them during the incoming year.

Interwoven throughout the afternoon, guests were entertained by Magician, Caolan McBride through his unique, powerful and magical theatrical performance.
