We are inviting Antrim Chamber of Commerce members, at all career stages, to apply for a role within the Chamber of Commerce Management Committee and/or Sub Committees
Antrim Chamber of Commerce is striving to be a powerful collective influencing voice. We are here to advocate for members interest, promote pro-business initiatives, provide networking opportunities and valuable business connections, as well as helping to address challenges faced by the community. But we can not do it without active committee and sub-committee members.
Why would you be interested in becoming a Chamber of Commerce Committee Member?
Ultimately, joining a committee provides an abundance of opportunity for your personal and professional development.
Whilst you do have to put in the work to derive any real benefits and it is a dedication of time, you are exposed to both operational and strategic delivery simultaneously. Joining the Chamber Committee, provides you with the opportunity to be exposed to all these areas; whilst at the same time; holding a different level of responsibility and accountability perhaps not experienced in your day role.
It is a fantastic opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills with a team whose day roles are diverse within different sectors, so helping to build your business network.
- To be eligible for any of the committee roles, your organisation needs to be a current member of Antrim Chamber of Commerce.
- All committee roles are voluntary.
- For all roles, applicants should be prepared to commit around 1.5 hour/week including attending meetings and delivering on the role/s outside of meetings.
- Please indicate on the application form which role/s you are applying for.
If you have any questions about the role/s please contact hello@antrimchamber.com
This is an open call application and will be closed, when all positions are filled.
